United’s One World Corporate Services Program provides corporations and their relocating employees with a dedicated Specialist. Each move registered under the program is monitored closely to ensure that all aspects of the relocation meet the expectations of both the corporation and the transferee.
Specialists monitor and track every shipment to ensure that requested pack, load and delivery dates are met. United has led the industry in the development of moving technology, enabling Specialists to provide customers with real time updates on the status of their shipments. Our Specialists are available throughout the course of a move to answer any questions the transferring employee may have. As well, under the
One World Corporate Services Program, a post move follow up call is compulsory. Customers are contacted within 24 hours of delivery to ensure that all moving services have been completed to their satisfaction.
In addition, United provides a detailed Benchmark Report which provides costing summaries for all completed moves. Summary information includes an analysis of actual moving costs in comparison to estimated costs.
